Joan Johnson

Hi, I’m Joan.

I’ve been a mortgage lender since 1999, and throughout the years, my focus has always been on providing exceptional care to my clients—from the initial application all the way through closing day. I strive to make the mortgage process as comfortable and stress-free as possible, especially for first-time homebuyers who may find the experience overwhelming. I take the time to clearly explain each step and ensure my clients know exactly what is needed from them along the way. Behind the scenes, I work closely with the Summit team to manage the details and get our clients’ loans closed smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, I live on a farm with my husband, Mark, where we raise corn and soybeans. We’re fortunate that our two adult sons, their wives, and our five grandchildren live nearby, allowing us to be a part of their busy lives and attend many of their activities. As a family, we’re big sports fans, and we especially love cheering on the Minnesota Gophers football and basketball teams.
